MoPIRG Students gathered together to ask their peers to make calls in to Senator McCaskill's office to ask her to vote for the American Clean Energy and Securities Act (ACES), which will put a cap on greenhouse gas emissions.

The trailer is used to demonstrate the power of the sun to students on
Meramec's campus.
MoPIRG was joined by Advanced Energy Solutions to show students how solar power works to run radios, refrigerators, fans, etc. all on solar power all on a cloudy day!
Students on campus make calls to Senator McCaskill to ask her to vote for clean energy legislation.
You can make the call too! Call Claire McCaskill's office (202) 224-6154 and when the aid answers the phone, say:
"Hi, my name is ________, and I live in Missouri. I'm calling Senator McCaskill to urge her to strenghten and pass the American Clean Energy and Secutiry Act, so that it calls for 25% of our energy to come from renewable sources by 2020. Thank you!"
